Zecher ("we", "us") is a daily emunah text message service operated by Spun Life LLC. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except with service providers acting on our behalf to deliver the messages.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, sign up again. If you experience issues, reply HELP or contact us at sponsor@zecher.app.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us. Message frequency is approximately one message per day.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us send messages and process payments, and where required by law.
We keep subscriber numbers while you are subscribed and keep opt-out records so we do not message you again. You may ask us to delete your information by emailing sponsor@zecher.app.
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
