Terms of Service

Welcome to Zecher, a daily emunah text message service operated by Spun Life LLC ("we", "us"). By subscribing to the messages or purchasing a sponsorship, you agree to these terms.

The messaging program

• The program sends approximately one recurring text message per day containing a short thought of emunah and chizuk. Message frequency varies (for example, messages are not sent on Shabbos and Yom Tov).
• Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or contact sponsor@zecher.app.
• We and the carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Sponsorships

• A sponsorship dedicates one or more days of the daily message as described on our sponsorship page. Dedication wording is confirmed with you and must be respectful and appropriate; we may decline or edit wording at our discretion.
• Sponsorships are payments in support of the service. They are not tax-deductible charitable donations, and Spun Life LLC is not a nonprofit organization.
• Requested dates are subject to availability. If a scheduled dedication cannot run on the agreed day (for example, due to a technical failure), we will run it on the next available day or refund it, at your choice.
• Subscriber counts change over time and delivery depends on mobile carriers; we do not guarantee a specific number of recipients on any given day.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service or its contact channels to send unlawful, harassing, or commercial content, or to attempt to collect subscribers' information.

Intellectual property

The message content, site design, and Zecher name are owned by us or our licensors. You may share individual daily messages freely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: sponsor@zecher.app.
